I'm not going to turn this into a recipe blog, but several people have asked us about our Famous Grilled Pizza™. It's one of our absolute favs, and now the secret is out: we got the basis for the recipe from foodnetwork.com. We stray with the toppings since that's a personal preference, but follow it pretty closely for the dough. When it gets to grill time, I've had the best results by preheating as much as possible, then lowering the heat to just under medium (roughly 300°). And don't be stingy with the oil. Enjoy!
